LSPN register: open data API

This is a read-only copy of the Medicare Australia Location Specific Practice Number (LSPN) register for diagnostic imaging and radiation oncology sites. It is not an official source.

Coverage is partial and grows over time. See /api/v1/meta for progress.

Endpoints

• GET /api/v1/meta: counts, last change time, coverage progress
• GET /api/v1/lspns: list sites. Query: updated_since (ISO 8601, UTC), cursor, limit (1 to 500, default 100)
• GET /api/v1/lspns/{lspn}: one site with its accreditations and business updates

Keeping in sync

Store the updatedAt of the last record you saw. Then request /api/v1/lspns?updated_since=<that time> and follow nextCursor until it is null.

Limits and use

Requests are rate-limited per client (about 60 per minute). Responses may be cached for 5 minutes. Please sync incrementally rather than downloading the whole register repeatedly.

Only curated fields are published. Raw register pages are not.
